In my first visit to Clinton Keith Dental Group, they started with Periodontal Disease Treatment. Madison was my Dental Hygienist. She did a great job, cleaning and removing the nasty layer of plaque near the base of my teeth, and she finely used Laser Procedure against my Periodontal Disease. On my second visit. Dr. Roessler worked on my 2 broken crowns. He made and put them on my crowns at the same day! He took the time to carefully ensure that the crowns fit well and made adjustments, so everything felt comfortable. He was very gentle and patient throughout the process. His assistant Lissette (RDA) was so wonderful, kind, attentive and made sure that I felt comfortable during this visit. Diego works at the front desk. He is delightful and extremely helpful. Everyone in the office is Gold Standard. Thank You Dr. Roessler and team for taking such great care of me and making me feel a valued and welcome customer.

While the staff was friendly and welcoming, I was not satisfied with the results of my cleaning. After I got home, I noticed that several stains were still clearly visible and had not been properly addressed. A cleaning should leave teeth noticeably cleaner, and that was not my experience. I hope this can be improved going forward. I initially wasn’t happy with the results from my cleaning, but I went back and they took care of it right away and made it right. I appreciate their professionalism and willingness to fix the issue. Thank you!
